Yes! I'm a COWARD!

Yes, I'm a coward
I didn't denied it
I always be a coward
coward! coward!

I'm sorry I'm a coward
I'm sorry I'm not a brave one
and I'm sorry
I'm disappointing you again

why I think I'm a coward?
You think yourself
Because I know
You must be a coward too
even once in your life
please don't try to calm yourself and denied it
You know who you are
You know why you're a coward

Yes, I'm a coward! You think...?

birthday present from dear roommate!

mencari haruman syurga ciptaan Mu,
tempat rehat dan nikmat abadi...
....amin...."

P/S: happy birthday to me, wish u all the happiness in this world and may you live happily ever in the barkah of Allah swt  :)

Bukit Bendera @Penang Hill, Penang

I loved Bukit Bendera........
such a breathtaking place.
I'll suggest this place for anyone who would like to go for holiday in Penang
or even for honeymoon heeee.... :D

Penang Hill or Bukit Bendera is one of the best and popular place to explore in Penang.
I bet you'll never regret your choice when you were here!

 and for you information,
Bukit Bendera or Penang Hill is Malaysia's first hill station and it is 830 meters  or 2730ft above sea level. Penang Hill Railway has been operating since 1923 ( it's before independence of Malaya).
Up the hill, there are several restaurants, souvenir stalls, a mosque, a Hindu temple to visit for...
and for those who would like to stay for another day here, don't worry ya.
there are bungalows for rent and a hotel here.
Honestly,
I think I was in oversea when I was here for the first time..
with the cold weather, the fantastic view at the summit, the picturesque colonial bungalows
and beautiful flower garden.
HAHA maybe for some people that was funny, but for me, I really think like that.
With the  accommodation and the building up there, I'm sure you might feel the same.
( OK, just for some people like me only :D)
I don't care haha - all I can say I really loved this place.

When I was there, I take a new train to go up the hill. It takes about 5 minutes only - quite fast.
But if you like something more challenging than sitting comfortably in the train, you might try this way.
There is a good walking track up the hill which takes about 4 hours to reach the top.
Fuhh, I'm pretty sure it must be really challenging
and I recommend this way only for those who has a good stamina.
The popular trails include the Moongate Trail, trail from Air Itam Dam to Tiger Hill,
trail from Hye Kyeat Estate and trail from Municipal Park (formerly Youth Park)

You know - I really wish I could bring my family for a vacation in here one day.
Perhaps that time we could spend a night here.
I'm sure the scenery on early morning must be amazing.
 huhuu... ( in your dream)

For those who would like to visit this place, here's the schedule and the ticket price.

schedule:
weekdays (Monday to Friday) - 6:30am to 7pm

Empangan Air Itam, Penang

Welcome to Penang island!

Hi peeps...
just wanna share my experience during my visit to Air Itam Dam, Penang.
You know, the first word uttered from my mouth when I reached that place was – Whoa!!! –
damn good!
This place was amazing and can be a good place to release your tension.

Because this is a dam, so the tarred road along the way is quite steep.
No matter you’re cycling or riding, you have to be careful with your steps.
Quite scary for the first time,
but when you reached up there, you will forget all those scary word :D

The view was breathtaking with the big dam, so beautiful and rich with natural scenery around.
Subhanallah – not count with its cosy fresh air – far away from the urban noise - and so many beautiful creatures ups there.
You’ll feel so close with the nature.

You know Air Itam Dam is a favourite place for jogging and cycling.
This dam is common place for people in Penang to have morning or evening jog, walk, cycle or exercise. There is a jungle track for jogging and cycling activities.
It is 2.8km but you wouldn’t mind with its length once you were there hee.
Mostly I enjoyed the panoramic view more than I jog haha...

This is some info I found from the internet about Air Itam Dam
  • the first dam to be built on Penang Island after Teluk Bahang Dam and the oldest electric generating dam in Penang.
  •  It is located 700 feet above sea level in the water catchment area surrounded by Penang Hill and Paya Terubong.
  • Cost about M$ 15 million with the construction take place between 1958 and 1962 after the independence of Malaya.
  •  Officially open on 8 December 1962
  •  The route to the dam passes by the car lot to Kek Lok Si as well as the upper road to Kek Lok Si’s Kuan Yin Statue, Columbarium and the Temple of 1200 Steps.
  • Rapid Penang Bus no. 201, 203, 204, 206, 306 all go to Air Itam Town
Here, some candid photos to share with......  :)

Jika engkau minta intan permata
Tak mungkin ku mampu
tapi sayang kan ku capai bintang dari langit untukmu
jika engkau minta satu dunia akan aku cuba
ku hanya mampu jadi milikmu
pastikan kau bahagia

Hati ini bukan milikku lagi
seribu tahun pun akan ku nanti kan kamu
sayangku
jangan kau persoalkan siapa di hatiku
terukir di bintang tak mungkin hilang cintaku padamu

Bukit Jambul Hiking Trail, Penang

HIKI
NG TIME........

Fuh! Penat.... Just finished jogging at stadium (5 rounds) and hiking for the first time at Bukit Jambul Hiking Trail
with C Tihah.
Waaa.... unbelieveable! Me? hiking? Ok...fine....

Bukit Jambul Hiking Trail is one of the popular hiking spots in Penang
and one of the favourite trails for those who living in the Bayan Baru area.
situated just opposite INTI College and near the Equatorial Hotel.
Actually Bukit Jambul Hiking Trail is a hill trek that goes up Bukit Pasir, the hill immediately behind Bukit Jambul.

If u start from USM, penang...just go straight from Bukit Gambir, and then there is one way to go up there from your right.... huhu...xtau exactly camne nk explain.... from there, just go straight (naik bukit time nie..make sure motor gear 1 @ 2 hehe...) then u will find signboard “Lintang Bukit Jambul” on your right.
Go straight from here then u will find the place – see the gate “Kawasan Mendaki Bukit Jambul” on your right – that the place...panjat je bukit dari situ!

Parking park is provided...dun worry yea...
Estimated time hiking for the first time not bad la.... around 2o minutes, Ctihah and I already at the top of the hill. Penat memang penat tp BEST! Must try yourself....

There is one thing I really loved about the hiking trail is the beautiful natural scenery around the hilly terrain...
memang da best! Macam berada kt taman Negara...
if u’re lucky before you arrive at the hiking trail, u will see little wild monkeys – comel sangattt....

Sepanjang proses hiking tdi, memang menggerunkan.
Dye punye steps, rocks, ketinggian nye, agak mencabar fizikal dengan mental aku....
tp yg paling aku gerun sekali... time nak turunnn... waaa, dahsyat giler....
cam nak tersembam kalo x berhati2.
Ak rsa tadi mase nak turun lagak macam penari zapin daa... lenggok kiri, lenggok kanan, lenggok kiri, lenggok kanan...heee.... (safety first).

If u get tired while hiking, u can take a rest and sit on the bench provided at the certain parts of the trail...
memang not bad hiking kat sini. Sambil2 rest, boley amek gambar, tengok panorama semulajadi....
hilang semua tension2 yang ade....
(kalo korang yg adults ni xleh nak panjat bukit tu, memang malu arh...budak2 kecik pun ade yg panjat sekali dengan mummy dadddy diorang hehee....)

Penat memang xyah cakap la.
Tipu jew kalo ade yg kate xmenitik peluh-peluh tersembunyi tu...heheee... tapi once you’re at the top of the hill, all the hardships and sweats just gone like that... the scenery at the top was amazing. You can see Penang Bridge and part of Penang – lebik kurang macam kt Bukit Bendera tp kat sana lg the BEST! Kat atas bukit ade gym and air free kot... hahaa... xde minum air kt situ, xtau nak ckp.

nah, korang tengok la sendiri camne kat tempat hiking trail tu.... ENJOYYY!

the front gate
another scary rocky steps
the rocky steps - curam!
almost there - at the top of the hill
proses mendaki steps yang curam
smile - tired face

p/s: cTihah, lain kali pergi la yeap! Hahaa.. kita bawak skali Fira, Wani, Fazrin, Tana etc...
( bagi sihat cikit badan tu )
